Over the years the technological challenges presented to the car manufacturer’s have increased strongly. As before, every new generation of cars needs to have a better performance, be safer and all this at a relative lower cost.
The growing awareness of the influence on the environment has added two more demands to the existing list. Every new car needs to be increasingly more efficient & cleaner for emissions than its predecessor. The emission standards are continuously reviewed and fixed by legislation for the next 5 years.
These “new” demands are often in contradiction with each other. For example adding safety & comfort features almost unavoidably adds weight and reduces performance & efficiency. Adding pollution reducing equipment often has an effect on the performance & increases the cost for the vehicle. As such the technical demands have never been higher & will undoubtedly further increase.
Higher efficiency & cleaner exhaust gas can only be achieved through a better control of the entire process of the engine; from intake to exhaust system. Various sensors play an important role into this process.

We feel confident to have the technical capabilities & know-how to become the main supplier of sensors for high temperature thermal management for the automotive industry. We think this is possible by continuous investment in R&D and based on creativity together with our broad technical experience built over the past 10 years. Continuously new sensors are being designed for the different applications and will be put into production over the next years.
